    I LOVE this mod. I made a section of my town with parking spaces and some of the buildings and it looked like a small southern town.

    I was mildly surprised at seeing CarQuest Auto store, that was awesome. I haven't seen a real one in ages.

    Everything works well for me. People are using the shops. But their employment turnover rate is high, just as soon as I build industry, the sim quits working in the store. I suspect industry pays higher for skilled workers. So I am constantly having to add more skilled housing because they all quit...lol.

    That makes sense. I am still new to the game and learning a little more every time. So far I have managed to only go bankrupt when I get to level 1 Elites....

    And holy cow does the game like Elites...lol.
