    This is my prerequisites folder:

    I had read on the steam forum of cities xxl that it also affects other people, and there is no solution for this problem??
    that means that I can no longer play game and cannot make mods for it, and that's pretty bad.
    is there no crack to install this original game or something like that? to play this game?

    hello Axel i also steam causes me some inconvenience with some games I attached an address to install it without steam
