    The favicon has not showed up for me. I'm not sure which favicon Icy used. I made a ico file for xln but he might of used a png one

    Post Counts.

    I brought this up in the shoutbox. Can we have these displayed?

    Its in,
    Styles, Main Style, Style Properties, Message Elements, Show author message count

    and maybe Show author total received likes and Show author location as well?

    Its in now, you know it adds dababase queuies and slows things down a bit :)

    How about a custom field box where a member can select which version of citiesXL they use?

    Example:
    Capture.JPG
    Its not to hard to setup. I had to scratch me head a bit to remember.

    Another idea I had was having prefixes in the technical and gameplay help like this

    Those are both nice ideas. I went ahead and added the Thread Prefixes for the Tech Support but will wait on the Custom User Field. We need to get the XLEX moved, email working on the server, enchanted search, oh yeah and I finally need to get some sleep

    And BTW, the new favicon doesn´t show up everywhere and somewhere it is different, e.g. :

    Same for me as well. I'm on Firefox. I've cleared my cache as well. If the .ico file format was used it should of shown up by now.

    About the CXL version in the user field; imo I'm not sure that's necessary since most everyone is going to be using 2012 or Platinum.

    It's great idea for the technical threads, though.

    As mentioned earlier, I recently got a new computer with Avast Antivirus. Avast is one of your top 10 antivirus software with well over 200 million users worldwide. Many people who purchase this game from the CitiesXL website will tick the XLNation.net link. You will never attract new members when a big red notice jumps into your face, warning you that this site is dangerous and that you must click here to get out of there! Avast is not the only one. My friend had the same happen using Vipre. Not everyone will know that you must disable Avast Online Security in your browser add-ons. Not everyone wants to minimize that protection and entering http://www.xlnation.net/ in Exclusions does not work with that feature enabled. This issue is bad publicity and needs to be fixed ASAP.

    Why do you think XLNation is on a new server and new software? The previous site was compromised and had to be removed. The software had not been upgraded for security or bug fixes in 4 years.
