    It doesn't seem to work at all on steam version of Platinum, the buildings simply don't show up anywhere!

    Are these older mods compatible Cities XXL?

    They most likely are not. You can try them if you want. Just create a test folder in your mods folder and put them in it. I do this to keep track of stuff Im testing. If your game crashes when starting then you will know but sometimes some mods wont crash the game at start up and only crash XXL when actually placed into a city. If you get this far with them, try zooming in and out on them as I have found this will trigger the crash.
    Hopefully these buildings will get updated to support XXL.
