1. If you are going to register on XLNation, please make sure you do not use a proxy server.
    If you use a proxy server your registration will most likely get blocked due to spammers and hackers using proxy servers to hide their real IP address.

    If your using your home or work IP address and have not received your registration email, check your spam folder.

    subject: The number of maps in "Resources".
    -Are there enough of my maps or too many of my maps in the "Resource" section?
    -Should I start posting requested maps in "my projects" thread or keep on posting them in the map "Resource" section?

    When I started doing requested maps, I had no idea that requests would be so numerous.
    I can't help but feel I may be overwhelming the map resources or crowding out/discouraging other map creators.
    I have tried to motivate other members to create maps with tutorials and even a Map Editor discussion thread.

    Anyways, these questions have been in the back of my mind lately and I would welcome any feedback regarding this topic.

    there are never "too many" maps ;)
    just keep doing them as you like and post them in resource section (y)
    PS: adding tags to the resource helps finding them easily
