Buildings Modular Hospital

    I'm no good at modding buildings so I make this request.

    Ever notice how hospitals in most cities expand to meet the needs of the people, usually by adding new buildings to the existing complex. This is something that CXL is missing.

    The hospital should have a range of the entire city, but the effect can be made stronger by adding 'wings' or new buildings etc. This way we can try to realistically simulate a real city hospital.
