    Hi, I'm looking for experts at Photoshop to edit/touch up a pic I have if anyone would be so kind. I don't have Photoshop myself, although I do have Paint.net and I do plan to use it for whatever I can on the pic, but Photoshop is far too expensive for me and I wouldn't know how to use it. So if anyone could be so kind as to do my this favor, it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

    I got an old free version of PS, which is still a powerful tool to use.
    Is it some city photo you want being upgraded?
    Maybe just post it here and wait whether someone finds the time to do it...
    There are some people around which are really good with PS.

    I don't wanna post it here because I only wish to publish it when it's finished and ready for something I'm planning in the future.

    If you've got paint.net you can do pretty much what ps does. Plus it's free.
