1. If you are going to register on XLNation, please make sure you do not use a proxy server.

CXL Platinum Is there anyway to get rid of the tokens above buildings?

    Hello, all!
    First post.
    I've been using the Cities family of building games for years. I love it. My "thing" is building the city completely custom. Meaning I place every home, apartment, office tower... everything myself. Yes, I use the unlimited money cheat. This relaxes me. It's my thing. Game purists try to understand.

    What I hate are the tokens that appear above an individual building telling me the building and/or its industry is in trouble produces an ugly token above the building.

    My question is does anyone know of a cheat or a tweak to get rid of those tokens so they don't show at all?

    Again, I build my custom cities for different reasons than what the game was intended for. Any help on my question would be most appreciated.

    Also when you are in 1st person view, there are no icons so you can take screen shots.

    You are not the only one playing custom, i think most of us here do that :)

    That one is not compatible with any camera mod. If you use a camera mod you need to modify the camera mod file yourself.

    Unpack the mod, open the cameraex.cfg file with notepad++.
    Use search and replace function to replace

    代码:
    <ShowSimIcons>1</ShowSimIcons>
    Into:

    代码:
    <ShowSimIcons>0</ShowSimIcons>
    That should do the trick.
