Help, Problem With Hospital Effect.

do you have HEM mod and or HEM support in UIM how so, check?

 

Weird. I seldom have that after placing a hospital but it goes away after waiting for some time for the health effect to respond.
Have you made sure that there are workers at the hospital?

there's plenty of more simulation in CXL than we give credit to.

 

When u install UIM and take the easy route the tools installs HEM and Crime Leisure mods - without u asking.

But if u choose custom installation, then u can tick and untic extra mod supports or not.

So y have to figure are u gona use HEM or not.

HEM and Crime LEisure are very heavy to the current game engine, you better be might without.

 

HEM and CLM support are NOT installed by default, if you want to use these mods you have to choose custom install and select them manually.

 

OK thanks Altiris then that feature was changed at some point, good. Actuallu in UIM would bes to force everyone to use custom install...

 

there should be a Huge warning about those mods HEM/CLM, Use these only if you are very experienced in gameplay and want an extra challenge. else fail and go cry tears in your corner.
