    There was a Chinese Modder that was working on that a while back. I'm not sure if he ever finished it though.

    And 432 Park Ave? Why anyone would want that monstrosity in the game is beyond me.

    Can we get some more T1 and T2 executive and elite houses that do not look like they are California minimansions? I do not want my subdivisions to look like California-I want them to look more midwestern.

    I'm really missing a Dunkin Donuts Drive Thru and a Starbucks Drive Thru Store for the main streets in my cities. That would be a massive improvement in my opinion :))
