1. If you are going to register on XLNation, please make sure you do not use a proxy server.
    If you use a proxy server your registration will most likely get blocked due to spammers and hackers using proxy servers to hide their real IP address.

    If your using your home or work IP address and have not received your registration email, check your spam folder.

    As many people probably already know, Autodesk currently only has 2014, 15, and 16 on release. Is there any way i can go about getting 2012?

    you can try your luck here:
    Autodesk Virtual Agent

    1. click on "download links"
    2. click on "3ds max products"

    then choose your product.. 3ds max DESIGN 2012 is still available, but im not 100% sure if cxl artist tool works with it..
    i already requested to add a link for 3ds max 2012 as well, you can check if they already added it in meanwhile

    But remember: you still need to get a valid license for it (student or whatever).. did not check if thats still possible for previous versions
