1. If you are going to register on XLNation, please make sure you do not use a proxy server.

    There may be some confusion here. Are now using Cities XXL? Many mods that worked in XL do not work in XXL. There are various reasons such as a non supported shader and tags.

    I'm playing the Platinum version. Still crashes.
