    I swear I have Rock Center. I think it's an XL mod that works with XXL as well. I'm going to try and find it for you.

    Found it. It's not the entire Rockefeller Center complex, but it is 30 Rock (the tallest building in the center) and it's adjacent courtyard and mid-rise building. This mod is an XL mod but I've been using it in XXL for well over a year on multiple cities. It's a great mod.
