    I already install Cities XXL Community Patch 2.08
    but it looks like this MSCUSTOM Toggle Button is missing

    The filter button is on the latest version of XXL. If your using steam version then it should be the latest version of XXL
    The extra menu options came with the Community Mod 2.09a. It was not released in the resource area but is posted in the projects forum threads.
    Heres a link to download but it will not help with the filter button issue.

    Regarding your log, I think the errors on the airport bits happened to me as well. There are a few of the old airport patches that I never got to work in XXL

    There is a updated repack release by a group called R.G Mechanics which is version 1.5.0.1 if you want to still go that route.
    XXL is pretty cheap though so up to you.
