    Try this site: Fantasy name generators. Names for all your fantasy characters.. It might help you to get some inspiration. There's no ghetto name generator but you could use some of the city/town name generator or even the prison name generator.

    Yesss, I use Mithril & Mages for most of my cities, it comes up with some really great names, definitely one of my favorite resources!
    Seventh Sanctum is another really good generator site, but it mostly has like fantasy stuff (lots of elf/dwarf/etc names), weeb stuff, and items/weapons/etc...

    Also Abandon Ship, totally unrelated but your name makes me so happy I love knife party!
