1. If you are going to register on XLNation, please make sure you do not use a proxy server.

    I'm not sure but I seem to remember a mod that will make the blue waterway/citylink transparent.
    Does anybody remember such a mod.If there is no such mod can one be made.
    Can the waterway/citylink file be modified to make it transparent ?????.
