    @ronrn, thats the same error I had if I put this mod alone with the community mod & furniture pack. But if have all of my other mods, it works fine. So, after lot of testing, which took me more than 2 hours, haha, I found these:

    Any of these 3, can make this mod work in XXL:
    1. ZZZ_Fix_For_Old_Shader_XXL, pointed by Monty in one of the review of his modular mall.
    2. 191 N Wacker Drive by Banib3
    3. 122 Leadenhall Street by Banib3

    If this still wont work for you, I released my list of mod in another thread. You may want to try those other mods, hopefully some will counter effect your error in this mod or may be some of your mods (that I don't use) have conflict on this mod.
