    Yeah, it's a fountain that I never released, it was intended to be part of a pack of funtains that never happened.

    A pack of fountains would be very welcome Monty, even if not animated.
    Just teasing you...but if there's a chance it will become alive, would be great. At the moment we have only two quality fountains, both from you. The round one that's a part of urban embelishment pack...well, i got around 10 a city, due to the lack of alternatives.

    @OmniusPrime: the skybridge always starts having a collision box, so it will naturally replace any tower if you place it too close. You can just upgrade it to no-collision.

    Yep, that's what I did. I installed the collision skybridge to set the second tower, then replaced it with the no-collision version and deleted the skybridge so I could place decorative cover underneath properly. I found the construction process easy enough.
