    Ok, I'll leave that easily, it has a river, and is or in the state of Minas Gerais and São Paulo (São Paulo has 645 cities, and Minas Gerais has 853)

    Well, city in that 2 states, has river and populaton 350k-500k, they are: Jundiai, Maua, Sao Jose do Rio Porto, Magi das Cruzes, Carapicuiba, Piracicaba. Might have Sao Vincente & Santos if you count large river.

    I'm busy today, can not seach for the city @@
