    for the name of or maybe you can remember who made the mod, it was the mod that doubled the amount of pedestrians on walkways.

    also in the natural area sections under decorations there are 2 types of desert/cacti areas, both or these have way to many cacti/bush. Is there a simple way to change this(numerical value) or is it a complicated change?

    for the second question, you simply have to edit the layout files, deleting some of the cacti/bushes
