    I used to have this mod from City Builder Games for Cities XL. It was fantastic and significantly improved the ambient sounds in game. Here is the original link but of course the files are no longer available for download from the third party hosting sites.

    I think I had a sound mod installed at one point; don't remember if it was the same one as that. Unfortunately I don't have it anymore.
