1. If you are going to register on XLNation, please make sure you do not use a proxy server.
    If you use a proxy server your registration will most likely get blocked due to spammers and hackers using proxy servers to hide their real IP address.

    If your using your home or work IP address and have not received your registration email, check your spam folder.
    PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT DELETED IF YOU HAVE POSTED IN THE FORUM! If so we do not delete accounts due to the mess it can make on the forum.

XLN running on AMPPS

    Not sure how many of you have used AMPPS or even now what it is. It includes Apache, phpMyadmin, MySQL and a ton of scripts (even WordPress).
    I installed it earlier today, imported the XLN database and copied the site files to the correct folder and now I have a copy of XLN running locally on my laptop

    I've done this so I can experiment with changes, adding pages etc... without disturbing you guys :)

    Note the local IP in the screenshot below.

    Found I can also access the site from any PC on the network. It's going to be really handy.
    If anyone wants to try AMPPS, you don't' need an actual domain name to use it.
