    Here's my problem:
    ROADPROBLEM.jpg

I've encountered this with the avenues with parked cars on them and somehow managed to get it to stop by upgrading...but with country roads it's just not working. Anyone know if I have a mod conflict just by what you see? I don't know what's going on.

That's really weird. I've never seen that before. Maybe there's a conflict or you have an old mod.

I downloaded all of my mods within the past month... hmm it has to be a conflict, but I'm afraid at this point if I remove or change anything, my cities willl be non-loadable.

You could move all of the mods to a temporary folder, create a test city, one by one or in small batches move the mods back into the game, running tests in the test city as you go. At least you might be able to find the cause.

I've done this before and it took me ages to find the mod causing a problem I had. I'd try doing it to the transportation mods first as it could be an old road mod causing it.

Use binary search to find a bad mod.
    Test with no mods.
    Then with half of them.
It is either in that half or the other.
    Repeat to determine quarter.
    Then 1/8, 1/16 ...

He means put half the mods in and test. Then take them out and put the other half in and test. Once you know which half the problem is in, divide that half and put them into the paks folder and test again. Keep dividing them up until you find which mod it is causing the problem.
