a picture maybe can help, can't make something from my imagination, it will ended up looks wrong
better if You have the warehouse model (even if it was just boxes)..need the building basic shape

btw I'm still working on it, so far only 2 finish. the rest just need texture

The most of them are really bad models, high poly/vertex/edge/triangle count and have crap textures. Gluck

Best way is create your own models based on those.

I never try it but if You mouseover the model it will turn purple, click it (a page will pop out with the warehouse link), click the link and Your default browser will open the warehouse link to the model...then You download from there
and like nicko said...it mostly a bad model, You might only need the 'look' of the building then recreate it

 

it doesn't have to be me , if You get lucky maybe Nicko will made it
just posting the picture or google model if You want to make request, it would help the person who want to make it
