1. If you are going to register on XLNation, please make sure you do not use a proxy server.
    If you use a proxy server your registration will most likely get blocked due to spammers and hackers using proxy servers to hide their real IP address.

    Seemed like the 'Community Mod' thread might be getting crowded out with all the 'RHM' chatter, so I thought I would put my RHM request here:

    Is it possible to give the wider elevated highway and bridges the same 320 car per minute capacity as the single lanes have? The fact that the wider elevated highways and bridges had a reduced capacity tended to discourage the use of RHM in a lot of my cities.
