sorry can't help you with that right now.
You can use easymodxl or unpack a mod in same category.
better if use game class file as template but you need to unpack the game files with pakunpak.
easiest way is using easymodxl template,edit the layout code.. and class file start from tags to bottom with game class code, except for house because it has a bugs in class code created by easymod.

 

you can only unpak all.
after that you can search for shop building .class file in it.
to find the class file for shop, play the game and do cheat>debug info, then build one of the original game shop you want, the class filename to search for will shown in the building panel if you select it.

I realy like your UK-styled houses. I would like to see more of them. Keep going to mod low rise buildings, they are needed much more...
