    Oh sorry i didn't see the picture on my cellphone...seems to be in blueprint or decoration menu...im not quite sure,but maybe not a mod

    Yeah I thought it was some type of ship yard, I've never seen one in the game. Are you using XXL? I'm still on CXL and have never seen it in any menu.
