    Here's a beautiful 4K video of my latest Monterey city with 4.5 million in population. I have 301 mods and most are used here. I managed to attain 99% satisfaction in health with 100% in the other categories with only a mere 10% tax rate for all worker groups and businesses. I made a funny Titanic diorama scene. I have no pollution in my city although I do have plenty of heavy industry and manufacturing, I do show the magic quantum tech anti-pollution device that does this. I also had fun making oil and container port business areas as well as public ones for entertainment.
