    For me it works on Cities XL 2012.
    Try this: Before laying the road on the water, try to raise it with the shift key.
    Then build your road.

    If that doesn't work you may have a conflict with another mod that uses the same .class file named "rf_default"

    Have you thought about removing version 1.0 of this patch from your mod folder?

    Good morning all,

    I'm not 100% sure but it looks like the latest version 1.1 of this patch created a problem with the foundations of the bridges.
    The majority of my bridges are not functioning properly.
    Indeed these display classic foundations, like a road.

    Have you noticed this in your game?
