Yes, it's Turin (Torino). The city has a rich culture and history, and its Renaissance baroque, rococo, neo-classical, and Art Nouveau architecture. That tower is the give away. The city is Košice, Slovakia. The buildings are the St. Elisabeth Cathedral and the St. Urban Tower.
