    One of the buildings turn violet whenever you zoom out two notches from the street level and on some angles n the street view...

    It's pretty though :) :) :)

    XL or XXL? I reexported the buildings in your pictures... I hope it's alright now, because there is no reason for it to not work properly.

    Can you check it here?

    Regarding the connection of the building, I think it because it is at a very big crossing - try to place it on normal road without a crossing. I think there is not much to be done about that - small building X big crossing, I get it with some small mods too.

    yeah its caused by this crossing, it wont be recognized as road.. the only thing one can do bout this is setting mustconnecttoroad to 0.. or build smaller road crossings so the game still recognizes a road nearby^^
