    @Drazicdesign that is what I get: white plazas. I have the same issue with your american plazas (updated patch included) . None of them are shown as they are supposed to. (n)

    Now that the patch is working D3DX Create Effect Error is driving me crazy. I am unable to load any of my two cities. :mad:
