    Is this realy a citie with +- 45.000 inhabbitants. I even think that even in the US there is now city with so litle peaple and so many skyscrapers. I like it a litle bit more realistic.

    Cities Skylines population numbers are not correct. Because every single one person is simulated, having correct numbers of population will cause serious performance issues.
    High residential skyscrapers have about 80-100 ppl living (15-20 households) which in real life would be way more.
    CSL city having +100k population is something similar to Tokyo or Hongkong

    Yes i know that already. I only thougt regarding to his finished city. I hope he will work on it later. But there are tools for it to reduce the population.

    I do'nt know if these tools exist for city's skylines, but it surtenly do's for xl platinum. Maybe it can be converted?

    Where do you see that it have 45000 inhabbitants?
    And it is more for eyecandy, then realistic, i know you cant find a sunken highway so epic as in reallife :).
