    My City needs assistance as it is unable to trade to any city due to the absence of Freight Tokens
    I have tried multiple options
    building small/large airports, even multiple road connections, but my Freight tokens still remain at 0.
    Please advise

    You have a town hall and a positive cash flow?
    Freight used and freight max are zero on the trade menu?
