Valle Oriente, San Pedro Garza Garcia, is the financial zone of the Metropolitan Area of Monterrey. San Pedro is a municipality of this metropoli, located in the state (province, as you want to name it) of Nuevo Leon, in the northeast of Mexico. Is one of the richest cities in Latinamerica.
