    I searched the web for the right version of SpeedTree, one that works with CXL (v4.1) and I've found one.

    Well done! monty! these are really eyes-candy mod and I cant wait to see more of your mods.
    there's no bamboo in CXL ,why not trying to make bamboo mod ? you know ,bamboo is a representative Asian plant :)

    I finally had a little time to test the farm and to my surprise there's some more. Wow, all is looking amazing.
    Anyway, i was about to say that first farm is perfect.
    I guess i'm going to try the new patch then, but from the pictures they are really incredible.

    This will really make our farms como to life.

    3ds max 2012 scene and textures included in the zip file: MEGA

    What currently looks like:

    Things to keep in mind:

    These are two separated buildings. They should fit perfectly one next to the other but also could be placed separately.

    Both buildings share the same diffuse texture, reflection map and bump map. Each one has its own lighmap, and should have each own light map.

    Balconies for 25 Telegram Mews were meant to be furniture, as the transparent balconies for 4K Spadina avenue.

    Lods are missing, the current models would work fine for lods 1-3.
