Here is a little house for skilled workers. It is available in two models: with and without chimney (Nogerivan request for the second). Thus, it is possible to use this home in American or Asian cities. This mod is compatible with Cities XXL.

The model with a chimney is located in the US menu.
(triangles count : L1 & L2 = 1422, L3 = 598, L4 = 101)
The model without chimney is located in the Asian menu.
(triangles count : L1 & L2 = 1216, L3 = 535, L4 = 91).
Each model is available in ten colors and each color has its own layout.
