    Try to post some pictures from above. From the pictures posted it's a bit hard to figure out what you built.

    In Platinum is a mod that help to hide the holes formed at the intersection of a road with promenade. I can't find it but maybe someone will help you cxl_screenshot_test_0.jpg

    This is a city jourmal only. An actual save is tricky as you would need to know every mod a player has used in their city.
