1. If you are going to register on XLNation, please make sure you do not use a proxy server.
    If you use a proxy server your registration will most likely get blocked due to spammers and hackers using proxy servers to hide their real IP address.

    If your using your home or work IP address and have not received your registration email, check your spam folder.

Quicksave / Autosave?

    Is there a way to change autosave frequency? Is there a quicksave button?

    Or are there any mods that help with the ease of saving the game?

    There is a mod or a change that can be done to change the save time frequency. I'm not sure if I saw it on the old XLN or somewhere else. I might even have it stashed away but I can't get to me files at the moment.

    has anyone tried this?
    There's no instructions on what to do and on the difference between the 2 files.
    Should we place it on paks folder? One of them has a lua extension. I guess that should be placed somewher else, right?

    the lua file used only if you want to modify the time yourself....and place it on "path/to/your/cxl/Data/design/unprotectedscript/", or you can pack it as .patch and instal it like other mod..unfortunately I can't remember what line to edit

    the patch file was set to 1 hour save interval, and you install it like other mod.
