    My offices suddenly died:
    "Office services are too hard to sell, etc."
    I am exporting at full, and have lots of heavy industry/manufacturing to help, but there are still problems.

    I think offices rely heavily on freight & passenger services.

    How far away are your office zones from your manufacturing and heavy industry zones? That *could* be a factor, but I'm not entirely sure on that. Also are you sure that you actually have enough heavy industry and manufacturing? You can accidentally produce way too much office if you go crazy with zoning high density offices. It doesn't sound like that's the case but, always a possibility. If all else fails, just bulldoze some offices and provide other jobs for the skilled workers, such as more manufacturing.
