After some detective work, I found out that it has something to do with UIMod, but I can't figure out what's wrong.... Any help would be appreciated.. reinstalling uim doesn't help.

    Solved... one of my cities had gotten corrupt. Deleted it, and lo and behold.... game loaded, no errors

    Have you removed a mod or a map recently? Something that was only used in this city?

    I removed a city that I had created, and bam, the error went away, and I'm back in the game. I remember at the time I believed this happened, I had system wide crash while playing, and I believe that what caused the game to be unplayable until I removed it...But thanks for inquiring....
