1. If you are going to register on XLNation, please make sure you do not use a proxy server.
    If you use a proxy server your registration will most likely get blocked due to spammers and hackers using proxy servers to hide their real IP address.

Cities XXL Crash

    I've run into yet another God-damned problem! The game won't even start up. I long for the day when city-builder simulators are much easier to manage and aren't riddled with problems like this. Life shouldn't be so fuckin' complicated, esp when it comes to simple things like home entetainment and computer games. For fuck's sake.

    I even tried to start a restart point and restore my system, but the problem persists. If this is due to a mod, please try to check the log carefully to identify which one it is so I can go into my paks folder and remove it. I don't know how else to resolve this issue.

    There seems to be heaps of mods in there that might be causing it.

    How many mods do you have?

    The ones that end in .layout, so b_ind_xxxxx.layout. I don't think they would be the main problem though, there are mods from Monty and Alex and their stuff is exceptional. I'd say it is something else that is making those mods not load properly. What that is though is another question.
